ORDER
 
In the order area of the shop assistant to contained product representations serve for the sale of a juridically obliging bid by the customer.
 
The customer can hand in the bid in writing, by Telefax, by email or about on the homepage of the shop assistant integrated contact form. The customer after input of his personal dates and by click of the badge "sending" in the closing step of the order trial hands in a juridically obliging contract offer concerning the called goods to the purchase about contact form. Before obliging sale of the order all inputs can be corrected currently about the usual keyboard functions and mouse functions.
 
The shop assistant will confirm the access of the bid of the customer immediately on electronic way (Telefax or email). The shop assistant can accept the offer of the customer by a written (letter) or electronically transmitted (Telefax or email) purchase or or by delivery of the product within five days. The shop assistant is entitled to refuse the acceptance of the order - possibly after audit of the credit standing of the customer.
 
If the order follows in electronic form, the contract text (consisting of the order dates and the GTCT) is stored by the shop assistant and is sent to the customer by e-mail.
 
The purchase liquidation and establishment of contact take place by email. The customer has to make sure that from Him for the purchase liquidation stated email address is appropriate, so that at this address the emails sent by the shop assistant can be received. In particular the customer has to make sure by the application of SPAM filters that everybody by the shop assistant for the purchase liquidation can be blocked to sent mail.
